The app works by using your iPhone's GPS receiver to find people in your vicinity who are also using chaanz and are interested in meeting up. Simply turn on the app and put your phone in your pocket - it will run in the background and notify you when there is a suitable match nearby who is also ready to meet.
Once you receive a match notification, you have 30 minutes to view the profile of the person and decide if you are interested in meeting them. If you accept the match, you can arrange to meet up for a drink and get to know each other on a personal level. If you're not ready for an immediate meeting, you can also schedule a meeting for a later time.
